License Grant
When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to 3 devices that you own or control.
Each license is tied to the email address used at purchase. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key to others.
Trial Period
Our apps may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to the full functionality of the app. When the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the app. No payment information is required to start a trial.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days at support@awesomemacapp.com and we will issue a full refund. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
Software Updates
Your license includes all updates to the major version you purchased. For example, a license purchased for version 1.x covers all 1.x updates. Major version upgrades (e.g., 1.x to 2.x) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, which will be communicated in advance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the software to develop competing products
- Circumvent or tamper with the license validation system
- Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, remain the property of AwesomeMacApp. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership of the software is transferred.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations. We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with supported macOS versions as listed on our website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AwesomeMacApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
